The project, which kicks off today, will be developed in the international hub for innovation and research at OGR Turin and features the collaboration of the Data Club composed of TIM, Banca Sella, Snam Foundation, City of Turin, The Data Appeal Company, Bioenerys and Wind Tre.

The course will be divided into two phases: the first, lasting about two months, will provide specific skills in Data Collaboration and Impact; the second, lasting about three months, will target a subset of companies and focus on business acceleration through the development of real data-enabled projects and solutions through mentorship programs and strategic collaborations. The last step of the program will conclude with Demo Day, scheduled in November among the EVPA Impact Week events, during which companies will showcase their progress to an audience of potential investors with a particular vocation for impact investing.

During the five-month program, Impact Deal will work so that projects focused on the application of data science can be accelerated for the growth of entrepreneurial activities with environmental and social purposes in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations.

The 2023 edition of Impact Deal foresees the introduction of specific accompanying activities to businesses, focused on increasing and maximizing impact, in order to enhance the effectiveness of the initiative; these activities are implemented thanks to the contribution of the NODES project, as part of Spoke 2, in which OGR Torino is a partner.
