HR Transformation Day comes to OGR Torino, a free day of training and networking organised by Wibo for HR Directors, People Leaders, L&D Managers, C-level executives and professionals responsible for leading transformation within their organisations.
On 20 October, the event will focus on “Intelligences at Work”: how human intelligence and artificial intelligence can grow together without losing sight of people’s wellbeing. An opportunity to reflect not only on the adoption of new tools, but also on the need to rethink the entire world of work, from processes and leadership to learning and relationships within teams.
The event is designed for HR professionals, People Leaders, L&D managers and executives interested in understanding how to support people and organisations as they navigate the changes brought about by artificial intelligence and new ways of working.
Executive Testimonial who are already addressing these changes within their organisations will take to the stage to share experiences, perspectives and real-world cases. Speakers include Andrea Guerra, CEO of Prada Group, Silvia Wang, CEO of Serenis, and Alessandro Busso, Co-founder of Wibo, with further guests to be announced. The discussions will be moderated and guided by Luca Sartoni, Head of Learning Design & Training at Wibo, and Giovanni Gibiino, Scientific Advisor at Wibo.
Speakers:
- Andrea Guerra, CEO, Prada Group
- Silvia Wang, CEO, Serenis
- Alessandro Busso, Co-founder, Wibo
- Luca Sartoni, Head of Learning Design & Training, Wibo
- Giovanni Gibiino, Scientific Advisor, Wibo
The day will feature four rounds of workshops, parallel sessions and networking opportunities, exploring topics including task and process mapping, feedback, emotional intelligence, AI Agents, HR Transformation in the age of AI, customer centricity, psychological safety and workplace wellbeing. At 5 PM, the Open RoundTable will bring a key question to the stage: how can we truly rethink work? A direct conversation with leaders from a range of companies and organisations, designed to turn the ideas explored throughout the day into practical and shared perspectives.
The programme will conclude with a session focusing on what happens “inside” us as change unfolds, with an accessible exploration of neurophysiology and the mechanics of the mind to understand how we respond when work is transformed. This will be followed by a final networking aperitivo open to all participants.
