OGR Sonic City, a project created through the collaboration between OGR Torino and Stupinigi Sonic Park, brings James Blake – one of the most innovative artists in contemporary music – to Turin for a single, must-see performance.

On July 2, 2025, the British musician will take the stage at OGR Torino with his “Piano Solo” show – an intimate and evocative experience that will showcase the depth of his voice and the refinement of his compositions. This promises to be an emotional journey through his repertoire, featuring unique arrangements and moments of pure artistic intensity.

James Blake, a producer, singer, and songwriter, is known for his signature style that blends electronic, soul, and hip-hop elements, pairing his ethereal voice with deep bass and minimal rhythms. He rose to prominence in 2011 with his self-titled album, winning over audiences and critics alike with his ability to innovate and experiment. His second album, Overgrown (2013), earned him the prestigious Mercury Prize, while subsequent works such as The Colour in Anything (2016) and Assume Form (2019) further cemented his international reputation.
