How well do we really know our brain? How does it change throughout our lives? What role do emotions, senses, sleep and relationships play?
From October 31 to November 29, 2026, OGR Torino presents Mind Your Brain!, an exhibition by Heureka, the Finnish Science Centre, inviting visitors to explore the mechanisms of the mind through an interactive journey of games, experiments and shared activities.
Designed for visitors of all ages and created to engage younger audiences as well, the exhibition places curiosity, participation and interaction at its core.
At the entrance, each group receives a “portable brain”, a key that provides access to the different installations and evolves throughout the journey, accompanying visitors as they explore the exhibition.
Moving, relaxing, taking part in arts and crafts activities, playing in a band, dancing and solving puzzles: Mind Your Brain! uses a wide range of experiences to bring visitors closer to understanding how the brain works.
The exhibition explores emotions, senses, sleep, brain structure and functions, as well as the way the brain develops throughout life, showing how physical, cognitive and social dimensions are all part of the same experience.
Many of the activities are designed to be experienced together, encouraging collaboration and interaction and turning the visit into an opportunity to experiment, exchange perspectives and discover something new about the brain and the way it works.
The exhibition also features poems by Finnish writer Laura Ruohonen, translated into Italian by Irene Sorrentino, which explore its key themes while bringing together scientific language, creativity and imagination.
