Alberto Marsino & Organ Logistics headline the third OGR Jazz Night. Tuesday, December 10, 9.30 PM, at Snodo, Alberto Marsico, organ, Diego Borotti, saxophone, and Alessandro Minetto, drums.

Organ Logistics were born in 2004 from an idea of Turin-based organist Alberto Marsico, a leading player in collaborations and festivals around the world. Although they concentrate their concert activity in Italy, they also perform regularly in Europe and beyond. Four albums to their credit: Organ Logistics (2004) and Take a Walk on The Moon (2007), embellished by the participation of saxophonist Jesse Davis, both for the German record label Organic Music; The B Side of the Fish (2009) recorded in Milan for Limen Music and accompanied by videos of the session, interviews and extra content; and 4/4 (2015) recorded in Turin, in which original compositions blend traditional jazz organ combo with shades of blues, soul, funk and contemporary jazz atmospheres, moving from energetic rhythms to more rarefied tones.

OGR Jazz Night is the event conceived by OGR in collaboration with Indiependence and the artistic direction of Sergio Di Gennaro, which presents the best of contemporary jazz between live concerts and jam sessions, transforming Snodo, the food & drink soul of OGR, into a sophisticated and cosmopolitan stage. The night when jazz and haute cuisine find the perfect balance, for a sensory journey between refined dishes and cocktails that become art with mixology, in an atmosphere of enveloping notes.

The next OGR Jazz Night to mark on the calendar will be in the new year, on January 11.
