On November 4 at 9.30 PM, OGR Torino welcomes saxophonist Barend Middelhoff, described by the press as “the Dutch Stan Getz” for his smooth and refined sound. With a quartet featuring Sergio Di Gennaro on piano, Alessandro Maiorino on double bass, and Alessandro Minetto on drums, Middelhoff will lead the audience at Snodo on a journey through lyricism and groove, balance and improvisation. A concert that blends elegance and intensity, enhancing the American jazz tradition through the artist’s distinctively European sensibility.
OGR Jazz Night is a concert series created by OGR Torino in collaboration with Indiependence and with the artistic direction of Sergio Di Gennaro. It showcases the best of contemporary jazz through live performances and jam sessions. Snodo, the food & drink heart of OGR, becomes a cosmopolitan stage where jazz meets haute cuisine, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.
