On 14 January at 9.30 PM, the stage at Snodo welcomes the magnetic voice of Sylvia Sanders Howard for an evening dedicated to great international jazz.

Originally from Indianapolis, after many years in Los Angeles she moved to Paris in the 1990s, establishing herself as one of the most charismatic interpreters on the contemporary jazz scene. Her music moves through swing, ballads and soul-infused sounds, supported by a stage presence that captivates and lights up the audience. Joining her on stage are Tony Match on drums, Sergio Di Gennaro on piano and Alessandro Maiorino on double bass.

OGR Jazz Night is the series created by OGR Torino in collaboration with Indiependence and under the artistic direction of Sergio Di Gennaro, showcasing the best of contemporary jazz through live concerts and jam sessions. Snodo, the food and drink soul of OGR, becomes a cosmopolitan stage where jazz meets fine dining, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.

An internationally acclaimed jazz singer, Sylvia Sanders Howard has collaborated and recorded with leading American and European jazz musicians, performing at major jazz festivals around the world. She has released several albums, including Now or Never with The Black Label Swingtet, It's In My Praise and Luv U Madly. She is widely admired for her expressive voice and her remarkable ability to command the stage with spirit, elegance and intensity, making every performance an authentic and engaging experience.
