The duo, composed of DJ and producer Patrick Di Stefano and multi-instrumentalist Diego Grassedonio, was formed in Turin in 2018 - after a live performance in one historical nightclub of the Murazzi area - with the idea of merging electronic with acoustic sounds to create a unique musical alchemy.

In September 2020 Chalanga released on vinyl for Salgari Records (a label created by the synergy of talented artists from Turin to promote music without borders) the EP "Paradisea": four afro-cosmic tunes with hypnotic beats, exotic melodies, and organic percussions surrounded by the shamanic presence of the saxophone.

Analog synths, drum machines and loops on saxophone and flute are the ingredients wisely mixed by Chalanga during their live performances, characterized by world nuances, electronic beats, afro-futuristic patterns and psychedelic visions.

On June 29 at OGR Torino, together with Chalanga also Vizio and Denitto, who will once again perform at the OGR with their poignant blend of sax and electronic music.

As every Tuesday, DJ Fede will also liven up the dancefloor.
