Patch Wednesday, the midweek cybersecurity series, returns with a new session curated by Red Carbon, an Italian startup specializing in artificial intelligence applied to cybersecurity.
On October 22 at 6.30 PM, at the Mezzanino of OGR Torino, we will explore a crucial topic for the present and future of digital defense: the relationship between AI and cybersecurity, where protection capabilities and new attack vectors continuously evolve.
Artificial intelligence has entered the cybersecurity domain not only as a defensive tool but also as a resource available to attackers. Automatically generated phishing, adaptive malware, manipulation of defense systems: the landscape is evolving at a speed that human teams alone can no longer sustain.
During the event, Red Carbon will present how AI Agents, and in particular Cyber Analyst instances, are reshaping the work inside Security Operations Centers: triage automation, continuous threat hunting, and real-time correlation and response.
SPEAKERS
- Fabrizio Rosina – CEO & Founder, Red Carbon
He will share the company’s engineering-driven approach: reducing reliance on manual work, increasing system resilience, and anticipating attackers’ moves. - Simone Daini – Cyber Security Engineer, Red Carbon
- Roman Paci – Leader of the Red Team, 7Layers
He will give a testimony from the point of view of the world of attackers.
