Free admission, reservations available

On Saturday, May 11, at 8:15 am, join us at OGR Torino for a special meditation session led by monk Phap Ban. Inspired by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh's book The Blooming of a Lotus, published in Italian in early 2024 by Ubiliber publishing house, this session is part of the Salone OFF 2024 program, organized in collaboration with OGR Torino and Salone OFF.

An hour of guided meditation, in one of the city's most evocative spaces, the OGR Torino Duomo, transformed for the occasion into a sanctuary of collective recollection and focus.

Guiding the session will be the expert voice of Phap Ban, drawing inspiration from the meditative teachings of Vietnamese master Thich Nhat Hanh in his book The Blooming of a Lotus: Essential Guided Meditations for Mindfulness, Healing, and Transformation, published in January 2024 by Ubiliber, the publishing house of the Italian Buddhist Union.

The event, free and open to all with prior registration, welcomes both seasoned practitioners and newcomers intrigued by meditative practice. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, but options for meditation on the floor or available chairs will also be provided.
