What happens when the idea you started with just isn’t working? How do you know whether to keep pushing, change direction, or start again?
The next event in Startup for Beginners, a series created by OGR Torino and Talent Garden to introduce younger generations to entrepreneurship, explores one of the most challenging stages in building a startup: learning what doesn’t work, and turning setbacks into opportunities to move forward.
In collaboration with Build It Up, a non-profit organisation founded by a group of ESCP Business School students, the event will focus on pivots, MVPs, and the journey towards finding your first customer. Eric Rossi Patriarca from Build It Up will discuss successful collaborations and the support the association provides.
Then, Sebastiano Andreis will share the story of Navisio AI, a startup that developed an AI-powered copilot for insurance intermediaries: from initial assumptions to new directions to first customers.
The event is open to students, aspiring founders, young professionals and anyone interested in understanding what it takes to adapt when a business idea needs to evolve.
The evening will end with a Q&A session followed by a networking aperitivo.
