On Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 6.30 PM, OGR Torino present a new OGR Talks event dedicated to the presentation of Trovare la bellezza nell'altro. Cristiani e musulmani oltre i recinti delle religioni, the new book by Giulio Cipollone published by Il Mulino.

On the Duomo stage, the author will be in conversation with Gad Lerner and with the Italian Ambassador to UNESCO Francesco Caruso, moderated by Marco Aime. History, philosophy and current affairs will intertwine in a reflection on the possibility of encounters between cultures and faiths that history has often kept apart. Cipollone’s volume explores the relationships between Christianity and Islam, bringing to light figures and accounts capable of moving beyond religious enclosures and recognizing in relationship the foundation of beauty and peace.

Quando papi e sultani avevano lo stesso linguaggio di guerra (2021).
