A six-month programme at OGR Tech to help high-potential companies move from startup to scaleup. An initiative by Endeavor Italy supported by Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT, in collaboration with OGR Torino.

Elevator launches a new edition of its growth programme, dedicated to startups that are entering the scaleup stage and show the potential to establish themselves in local and international entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Over six months, selected companies will work with Endeavor’s team, mentors and partners at OGR Tech, strengthening their foundations and developing the tools to accelerate growth.

Elevator combines sessions with network mentors matched to the entrepreneurs’ needs, four specialist workshops led by programme partners, and roundtables with experts and Endeavor entrepreneurs.

Participants will also take part in two workshops with executive coaches selected by Endeavor and a session with coaching company MIDA. An Investor Day will be an actionable opportunity to connect with international investors, while networking will encourage entrepreneurs to share experiences and insights. Participants can also request a free advisory session with participating partners.

From business models and fundraising to critical thinking, HR and organisational development, Elevator equips entrepreneurs to navigate the challenges of growth. The programme also focuses on leadership, team dynamics, and emotion and conflict management.

Companies will draw on Endeavor’s international network, active in more than 40 markets. In Italy, the organisation works with businesses including Bending Spoons, Satispay, Unobravo and D-Orbit.
