ESG – Business and Legal is an educational initiative conceived by OGR Torino in partnership with Futura Law Firm Starl SB to provide operational tools, regulatory expertise and strategic vision to those who wish to integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria into their business processes. The programme consists of five-hour modules delivered online, with the option to attend the first and last sessions in person at OGR Tech.

The course takes an integrated approach to the main dimensions of sustainability – environmental, social and governance – and is aimed at managers, professionals, consultants and corporate stakeholders working in sustainability, compliance, communication and finance. Through case studies, practical exercises, simulations and analysis of real data, the course enables participants to acquire concrete skills to address the challenges posed by the new regulatory and reputational landscape linked to sustainable transition.

Who is the ESG – Business and Legal Framework for?
The course is intended for managers, professionals, consultants, corporate lawyers, sustainability specialists, compliance and communication experts, HR and investor relation. It is suitable for those who wish to enhance their expertise in line with new ESG standards and the evolving regulatory, economic and reputational context.

What you will learn
You will understand how to transform sustainability into a strategic lever for your organisation. You will learn how to integrate ESG criteria into governance, risk management, communication and reporting, using real data and concrete tools. You will address key environmental, social and regulatory issues, with a focus on human capital, rights along the supply chain and stakeholder engagement. By the end of the programme, you will have the operational skills to drive sustainable change processes, with a keen eye on impact and transparency.
