OGR Torino and Rubik Hub: a new strategic partnership for cross-border innovation
The agreement between the Turin-based hub and one of Romania’s leading accelerators aims to strengthen international collaboration to offer new opportunities for growth, soft landing, and interplay between technological ecosystems.
OGR Torino and
Rubik Hub have signed an important Memorandum of Understanding to promote cross-border innovation and support the development of high-potential entrepreneurial projects between Italy and Romania.
Rubik Hub is one of Europe’s Leading Startup Hubs according to the Financial Times, and home to the Best Coworking Space globally in 2026, awarded at the Global Startup Awards. Founded in 2017 in Romania and backed by the North-East Romania Regional Development Agency, Rubik Hub has supported 600+ startups, helping them raise more than €75 million, thanks to a vast community of 370 pro bono mentors.
In line with OGR Tech’s vision of consolidating its international network, this agreement aims to
foster the transfer of skills and knowledge between the two ecosystems. Through this partnership, the two hubs will launch structured collaborative initiatives – including joint events, workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions – while also facilitating mutual access to the respective networks of experts, investors, and speakers.
The agreement also entails
concrete opportunities, such as dedicated deal flows for acceleration and soft-landing programs, shared use of spaces for meetups and demo days, flexible workspaces, and targeted support for the internationalization of startups within their respective networks. This strategic partnership opens up exciting new prospects for tech talent, underscoring OGR Torino’s commitment to building strategic bridges within the European innovation ecosystem.
