OGR YOU presents: Ambra Pittoni and Paul-Flavien Enriquez-Sarano with “Air Talking”
The next episode of the OGR YOU series will involve Ambra Pittoni and Paul-Flavien Enriquez-Sarano, a couple of artists collaborating since 2009, based in Turin and Paris.

Do you know how to replicate the gestures of your favourite rock guitarist because you are an Air Guitar champion, but you still don’t know how to practice Air Talking? To discover it, please join us at OGR on 17 April, Duomo, 6 pm, when Ambra and Paul-Flavien will illustrate the principles of this new discipline of contemporary art, with a special lecture-performance.

This is how the artists introduce it: “Here we are, or almost. There is no more difference between work and life, between the private and the public, between production and its rest, between the intimate and the mundane. Our presence is perpetual and ineluctable. What does it mean to oppose, when the very act of opposing takes part in the staging of our performativity? Is it possible to strike from one's own existence? Which body will we need? Welcome to the Air Talking”.

All the OGR YOU talks, curated by Barbara Casavecchia in collaboration with Sergey Kantsedal, are free and open to the public, upon reservation.

Ambra Pittoni and Paul-Flavien Enriquez-Sarano work with performance and installation, in which the first includes the propensity to invent new disciplines, reality as fiction shared and proposed through collective experiences. Most of their projects span long periods, even years. Among other art centers, galleries, indipendent and non-profit art spaces, they showed and performed their works at De Appel (Amsterdam), Museo del Novecento (Milan), Museo MAGA (Gallarate), CCA Zamek Ujazdowski (Warsaw), Exile gallery (Berlin), Ashkal Alwan (Beirut), PAV (Turin), Spazio Barriera (Turin), Rinomina (Paris), Sophiensaele (Berlin), Art-o-Rama (Marseille), Clog (Torino), FARE (Milano), Lavanderie a vapore (Collegno), Roberta (Frankfurt), Museo Apparente (Napoli).

They held workshops and collaborations with NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, MIlano), JVE A (www.jvea.org), Performing Knowledge (Centre Pompidou / Theatre Nanterre-Amandiers, Paris). Together with Lucrezia Calabrò Visconti they founded The School of the End of Time.
