OGR YOU (Young Adults) – 2019 Highlights
For 2019, the theme proposed for OGR YOU (Young Adults) was MOVE IT! Words, Images, Space, Rhythms.

The participants, a group of 15 young adults age in between 18/20 years (literary fans, writers, creative talents, bloggers, YouTubers, videomakers, Instagrammers, music, new technologies, visual and live arts fans, etc.) will be asked to participate, get involved, experiment, tell their own stories, as well as to create stories about what goes on at OGR, in a personal tone, in order to empower their critical, narrative and language skills.

7 visiting professors, national and international, were invited to meet OGR YOU Club, for a series of closed-door workshops, and to meet OGR Public Program’s audience for a cycle of 7 public lecture:

At the end of the program, the OGR YOU participants presented the final project, designed and organized during the year in collaboration with Diego Marcon, titled THE BIG BREAK a two-day festival at OGR, Duomo, with open mic nights, dj set, projections of videos and photos, recital and much more.

The 2019 edition was curated by Barbara Casavecchia, (independent art critic, curator, and ordinary professor at Accademia di Brera, Milan) in collaboration with Sergey Kantsedal (young curator based in Turin).
