Snodo, the restaurant area of OGR - Officine Grandi Riparazioni, has reopened to the public in full compliance with current safety regulations.
The area linking OGR's two souls will welcome you in one of the city's largest and most spaced-out premises, with a renovated dining proposal.
Faithful to its philosophy of promoting local excellence and enhancing the value of ingredients, Snodo is back with a cuisine that combines health and taste, for connaisseurs and for the environmentally aware, thanks also to the collaboration with star chef Mariangela Susigan.
Here, framed by OGR's fascinating industrial architecture, love of tradition, pursuit of taste, responsible consumption and collaboration with quality suppliers of excellent raw materials are all enhanced.
