OGR Tech is the innovation and business acceleration hub of OGR Torino, where startups, scaleups, SMEs and corporates collaborate to develop new technologies, business models and growth opportunities.

Each year, OGR Tech supports more than 130 startups through 16 innovation programmes developed in collaboration with national and international partners. The programmes span the entire entrepreneurial development cycle, from venture building and technology transfer to open innovation, acceleration and soft-landing initiatives, as well as dedicated programmes for scaleups, SMEs and corporate clusters.

All programmes provide dedicated workspace and direct access to the OGR Tech community of over 80 corporate and financial partners, fostering strategic connections and growth opportunities.

Bio4Dreams
A private accelerator and company builder providing innovative very early-stage startups with tailored support and Life Sciences expertise through a multidisciplinary team.

CTE Next
An acceleration programme managed by Plug and Play, specialising in the advancement of dual-use deep tech solutions. Recognised as one of NATO’s official accelerator sites for the Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA), DualTech by Takeoff focuses on key technology areas including AI, advanced materials, autonomous systems, space technologies and next-generation communications.

An acceleration programme managed by Plug and Play, specialising in the advancement of dual-use deep tech solutions. Recognised as one of NATO’s official accelerator sites for the Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA), DualTech by Takeoff focuses on key technology areas including AI, advanced materials, autonomous systems, space technologies and next-generation communications..

Elevator by Endeavor
A programme designed to support the most promising scaleups within the Italian ecosystem through a tailored growth journey focused on scaling strategies, capital raising and strengthening founders’ leadership capabilities. Led by Endeavor’s international team, the six-month programme is part of a network spanning more than 40 markets and involving over 2,000 high-impact entrepreneurs worldwide. Run by Endeavor Italy, the programme is supported by Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT, in collaboration with OGR Torino, the innovation hub of Fondazione CRT, alongside EY, Growth Capital, K&L Gates Italy, MIDA, W Executive and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Impact Deal
A data-driven acceleration programme for European scaleups and SMEs generating social and environmental impact. Founded and promoted by Fondazione CRT and OGR Torino, the programme is designed and developed under the scientific supervision of ISI Foundation, operated by TOP-IX, and delivered in collaboration with Ashoka, Impact Hub and Impact Europe. Positioned at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship, the programme provides access to exclusive datasets and an extensive network of mentors and data experts.

Industry X
Accenture’s innovation centre dedicated to the development of intelligent and connected platforms and products that support companies in their digital transformation journeys across sectors including Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial, Insurance, Energy & Utilities and Life Sciences. The centre adopts collaborative working models to foster convergence across industries and accelerate transformation.

LIFTT
A venture capital holding company focused on deep tech, with an operational, multi-vertical approach aimed at generating impact. As a startup factory, LIFTT combines innovation, business and finance, acting as a catalyst and enabler capable of connecting ideas, talent, territories and financial resources.

NextEdu
A European acceleration programme for EdTech startups developing digital solutions, innovative programmes and cutting-edge technologies for education and training across all age groups, from children to adults, from schools to the workplace and lifelong learning. The initiative is a project by Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT, the impact-oriented entity of Fondazione CRT, accelerator xEdu and OGR Torino, the innovation hub of Fondazione CRT.

OGR Bridging Growth
A programme developed by OGR Torino, the innovation hub of Fondazione CRT, in collaboration with the open innovation platform Mind the Bridge, to support high-potential startups in achieving structured international growth. Built around clear objectives and KPIs, the six-month programme focuses on key areas agreed with founders – including business development, go-to-market and market expansion, fundraising, strategic positioning and communication – and includes a CEO Retreat in Silicon Valley.

OGR Startup Booster
A soft-landing programme promoted by OGR Torino, the innovation hub of Fondazione CRT, in collaboration with Talent Garden, dedicated to seed and early-stage startups. Throughout the six-month programme, startups take part in an acceleration journey combining tailored mentorship, fundraising and business development support, dedicated workspace and direct access to the OGR Tech community of over 80 partners.

Leonardo Labs
An open innovation platform facilitating interaction between startups and Leonardo’s research and development activities in the fields of Aerospace and Vertical Mobility.

Italy’s first 4.0 acceleration programme dedicated to startups and independent teams operating in the European gaming sector. Conceived and funded by OGR Torino with the support of 34BigThings and ID@Xbox, the programme stands out for its comprehensive approach, supporting teams from idea validation through to go-to-market strategy definition. The programme is delivered within the framework of the GAM-ER project, of which OGR Torino, the innovation hub of Fondazione CRT, is a partner.

Reef by Vento
A five-month venture building programme fully supported by Exor, focused on the creation of founding teams and the launch of startups with international ambitions.

SUK
The AI4I marketplace known as SUK is an orchestrated ecosystem that connects companies, research institutions, startups, SMEs and other stakeholders through targeted matching to foster collaboration and innovation. SUK simplifies access to AI technologies, resources and expertise, enabling businesses to identify and adopt tailored AI solutions aligned with their needs.

TechTO Industry
An acceleration programme promoted by Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT in collaboration with accelerator Zest. The programme aims to connect technology startups with the needs of local businesses, generating industrial impact in the fields of Urban Tech and AI Applications, with a focus on key sectors including Transport & Smart Logistics, Digital Infrastructure, Operational Sustainability and Predictive Maintenance.

Takeoff
The first acceleration programme dedicated to startups developing solutions and services in the aerospace and advanced hardware sectors, with the goal of strengthening Italy’s competitiveness by leveraging Piedmont’s academic and entrepreneurial excellence in these fields. Part of the CDP National Accelerator Network, Takeoff is a joint initiative promoted and financed by CDP Venture Capital through the Accelerators Fund, Fondazione CRT through Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT, and UniCredit. The project also involves Plug and Play Tech Center as co-investor and operational manager of the acceleration programme, and OGR Torino, the innovation hub of Fondazione CRT, as innovation and networking partner. Unione Industriali Torino acts as institutional partner, while Leonardo Group and Avio are corporate partners, alongside ESA and ASI as members of the Scientific Committee.

IMPULSE | Future of Audio & Creators
2023 - One edition delivered
A venture building programme designed to support and strengthen the creation and growth of innovative ideas and companies in the audio and content creation sectors. The programme was developed by OGR Torino, the innovation hub of Fondazione CRT, and The Goodness Factory, with operational partner Feat. Ventures and ecosystem partners resetfestival, 2i3T and Music Innovation Hub.

Open Pmi – Banca Sella
2020–2023
An open innovation pathway for Italian SMEs by Sellalab, the innovation platform for startups and businesses within Gruppo Sella, connecting companies and recent graduates to develop innovative solutions addressing concrete business challenges faced by participating firms.

Reaction Acceleration program by NODES
2024–2025 – Two editions delivered
A programme created within the NODES – Nord Ovest Digitale e Sostenibile project, the Innovation Ecosystem funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR – NextGenerationEU), aimed at supporting sustainable and inclusive territorial growth by fostering the dual digital and ecological transition and promoting the development of advanced, resilient and environmentally responsible industrial models. The programme was promoted by NODES and OGR Torino, the innovation hub of Fondazione CRT, developed in collaboration with ecosystem agent I3P and Feat. Ventures.

Techstars Transformative World Torino
2020–2025 – Six editions delivered
Italy’s first startup accelerator dedicated to Smart Cities and part of the global Techstars network, promoted by Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione CRT and Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center. Evolving from Techstars Smart Mobility, the programme supported high-potential teams developing innovative solutions in strategic areas for more efficient and liveable cities, including mobility, housing, infrastructure and essential services such as education and healthcare.

Web3 Finance Accelerator
2022–2024 – Two editions delivered
Italy’s first acceleration programme dedicated to Web3 and finance, promoted by Gruppo Sella and delivered by its venture incubator dpixel with the support of OGR Torino. The programme identified and supported national and international startups developing innovative technologies and solutions related to the metaverse applied to financial services.
