OGR Tech is the OGR Torino hub dedicated to innovation and business acceleration, with innovative projects developed with national and international partners of excellence.
Takeoff
Acceleration programme dedicated to start-ups that develop solutions and services in the aerospace and advanced hardware sectors, to increase the competitiveness of the entire country, starting with the academic and entrepreneurial excellence represented by Piedmont in these fields.
Part of the Rete Nazionale Acceleratori CDP (CDP National Accelerators Network), the network is present throughout the country to help the growth of young companies specialising in high-potential markets, Takeoff is a joint initiative of promoters and investors CDP Venture Capital, through the Fondo Acceleratori, Fondazione CRT, through its operating arm Sviluppo e Crescita, and UniCredit. The project also involves Plug and Play Tech Center, as co-investor and operational manager of the acceleration programme, and OGR Torino, in the role of innovation & networking partner. The Unione Industriali Torino is an institutional partner, the Gruppo Leonardo a corporate partner.
Techstars Transformative World Torino
The first Italian startup accelerator dedicated to Smart Cities. The initiative, promoted by Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione CRT and Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center in collaboration with the American accelerator Techstars, is part of the broader partnership launched in 2019 with the aim of fostering the development of the city of Turin as an international ecosystem for innovation and its establishment as a successful model in Italy and Europe.
Torino Cities of the Future Accelerator, an evolution of Techstars Smart Mobility that has already accelerated 23 international start-ups in two years, will offer ample opportunities for growth to companies developing innovative solutions in strategic areas for more efficient and functional cities, especially in sectors such as transport, housing, energy, infrastructure and basic services such as education and healthcare.

The first Italian 4.0 acceleration programme dedicated to European start-ups in the gaming sector. ID@Xbox (the programme dedicated to independent developers) and Microsoft for Startups, together with OGR Torino, 34BigThings and Microsoft, have joined forces to promote innovation and support new talents in the realisation of projects related to the world of video games. Among the investor partners are Digital Magics, dpixel and Sellalab.
Impact Deal
The first acceleration, training and networking programme for businesses, corporations and impact enterprises.
It intends to act as a pact between heterogeneous subjects in order to create positive and measurable social and environmental impact, understood here as an entrepreneurial impulse towards the construction of companies that pursue impact objectives (according to the SDG indicators defined by the UN) in addition to the usual indicators of economic and financial sustainability.
Elevator by endeavor
A six-month programme that aims to help entrepreneurs grow their companies and activate international contacts. The aim is to more rapidly reach the size necessary to undertake the selection process of Endeavor, the non-profit organisation active in more than 35 countries that supports the growth of high-potential entrepreneurs.
Open SME – Banca Sella
Sellalab, the Sella Group's innovation platform for start-ups and enterprises, brings toOGR Turin the OpenPMI project, the innovation path built on the needs of Italian SMEs. Based on the principles of open innovation, OpenPMI unites the talent of young graduates with the companies that support the Italian entrepreneurial fabric. Thanks to the initiative within OGR Tech, for 4 months 24 young students, coming from all over Italy and divided into multidisciplinary teams, will try their hand at identifying and proposing innovative solutions to real and concrete problems of the 6 participating companies.

Start-up factory that uses a new approach capable of uniting innovation, business and finance in a process guided not only by profit logic but able to create connections between innovative ideas, territory and capital.
NextEdu
The innovative European acceleration programme for EduTech start-ups that develop education technology and learning innovation solutions by applying new technologies to education and training.
NextEdu was born from the alliance between OGR Torino, Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT and xEdu, the most important European accelerator in the sector based in Helsinki, Finland and active since 2016, and is aimed at Italian and European start-ups interested in developing and accelerating their business idea in Italy.
Open Innovation Leonardo Lab
Launched in January 2021 at OGR Tech, it is an open innovation platform to facilitate interaction between start-ups and Leonardo's research and development activities in the Aerospace and Vertical Mobility fields
The Forge
In January 2021, accenture launched at OGR Tech the first European initiative dedicated to the project 'the Forge', aimed at creating platforms for the digital transformation of market-established corporations. The activity developed at OGR Tech will have CNH Industrial as its first corporate.

Private accelerator, Business Nursery offering startuppers tailor-made support programmes and expertise in the life science sector through a multidisciplinary team.
Vento
An unprecedented route in Italy, lasting four months to create start-ups with high development potential thanks to a new full-time programme. The selection of candidates is based exclusively on the entrepreneurial potential of each candidate. The programme counts on the support of Exor and the collaboration of OGR Torino, Talent Garden, Compagnia di Sanpaolo and Vento Venture Capital.

The first Italian acceleration programme - promoted by the Sella Group and realised by its Venture Incubator dpixel with the support of OGR Torino - focused on a collaborative framework aimed at enabling the contamination and collaboration between companies and startups, supporting growth and bringing breakthrough innovation to the metaverse finance industry. The acceleration program provides the appropriate tools and methodologies to support startups in the implementation of projects capable of responding to the innovation needs of financial companies in terms of improving processes, identifying new products and markets, redefining the relationship with customers through alternative business models.
CTE Next
Amongst the stakeholder of the project, developed in collaboration with Turin universities and strategic partners to accelerate startups and technology share of SMEs thanks to free services and consulting, open calls dedicated to companies and urban testing programs for experiments in real urban conditions.
IMPULSE | Future of Audio & Creators
Venture Building path that aims to stimo-ulate and empower innovative ideas in the Audio and Content Creation sector and will reward the most interesting project with access to a Venture Building path curated by Feat. Ventures. IMPULSE is a project of OGR Torino and The Goodness Facto-ry, Feat. Ventures is operating partner, _resetfestival, 2i3T and Music Innovation Hub are ecosystem partners.
